Operations

Brandon acts as COO for the firm, managing the day-to-day operations and back-office planning and strategy. He also advises Barnes Beverage clients on alcohol regulatory issues while managing the internal survey library.

He joins BBG after spending nearly nine years with Bloomberg LP in the equity research department where he managed analysts across multiple offices. While there, Brandon was tapped to present his views on litigation, regulatory, and policy outcomes for television, radio, and live at national conferences. Before Bloomberg, Brandon advised clients on administrative and regulatory law for six years at McDermott Will & Emery in Washington, D.C.

Brandon met Shauna while both were studying at Wake Forest University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He also graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and remains a diehard college basketball fan as a result. Brandon is a member of the Wake Forest Law Board of Visitors and a prior Executive Board member of the Wake Forest Rose Council.
