Brandon acts as COO for the firm, which generally means playing whack-a-mole all day. He manages the day-to-day operations and all back-office planning and strategy, including the accounting, marketing, IT, HR, benefits, and operations functions. He joins us after spending nearly nine years with Bloomberg LP in the equity research department where he oversaw as many as nine analysts across multiple offices. While there, Brandon was tapped to present his views on litigation, regulatory, and policy outcomes for television, radio, and live at national conferences. Before Bloomberg, Brandon was a litigator and administrative law practitioner in the energy space for six years at McDermott Will & Emery in Washington, D.C.

Brandon met Shauna while both were studying at Wake Forest University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He also graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and remains a diehard college basketball fan as a result. Brandon is a member of the Wake Forest Law Board of Visitors and a prior Executive Board member of the Wake Forest Rose Council.
